Clos St Benoit is a traditional three storey stone maison de maitre located on a quiet country road
40 minutes from the Pyrenees and 15 mins from the coast.

The house sleeps 12/13 comfortably in seven bedrooms. There is a TV (with Sky) and games room with bar.
Kitchen, lounge and dinning room are all spacious and of course the house has a heated swimming pool,
which is all important as the weather in Landguedoc is the finest in the whole of France.
