The auto routes and National routes are very good and direct all the way from the channel, however it is a long drive, approx 700 miles from Calais, about a 12 hour drive.

Train
The TGV runs right into Perpignan and Argeles, Eurostar to Paris then change. The car / train runs into Narbonne – but will not take people carriers or four wheel drives.
